  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 2 Fillets kokanee salmon
  • 1/2 tbsp Blackened Saskatchewan Rub
  • 1/2 tsp ground rosemary

Instructions
 

  • Coat salmon fillets in olive oil, then coat with the blackened Saskatchewan rub and ground rosemary.
  • Smoke at 275 for 30-45 minutes, or until it reaches 145 degrees internal.
